Custom spiral notebook
Spiral notebooks feature spiral binding that holds the pages together. Spiral binding comes in a variety of sizes and thicknesses, from spiral wire to thicker plastic spirals. Spiral binding can bind any type of paper, but it usually consists of lined pages.
If you need or want to be able to lay your book flat on one page, you can choose a spiral notebook instead of a bound notebook. The spiral spine allows the book to be opened and flipped to any page, and the book is guaranteed to stay flat compared to thicker bound notebooks, which can be difficult to lay flat.
The disadvantage of this style is that the spiral spine takes up extra space. These notebooks don't stack as easily and can get tangled up with other spiral-bound notebooks. The design can also cause pages to fall out if you're not careful when opening, closing, and flipping notebook pages.
